Project Brief: To create an infographic graphic that supports the text below -

To empower and engage their workforce, HR leaders must set up a people-first HR technology function. “People first” means the pillars of their operating model—the processes, structure, team capabilities and network—must be informed and aligned to create a better experience for employees. When done successfully, setting up a people-first HR technology function can improve key people and business metrics around DEI (21% increase), well-being (19%increase), collaboration (17% increase) and innovation (16% increase).
Brief: To read the script and create graphics that show Alice's journey.

For Alice, a great communications experience involves these four touchpoints happening throughout her work day.
1.9:00am Daily Start: While making coffee, she reads an e-newsletter and learns about what her company is doing with sustainability and how she can get involved in DE&I efforts. 
2.11:00am Daily Grind: She experiences some interruptions, which is fine if it is a priority, but she needs to easily track key communications.
3.2:00pm Daily Catch-up: Alice socializes with peers about recent communications to figure out what it means to them. They wish they could give feedback to senior leaders. 
4.4:00pm Daily Wrap-up: She reviews emails that were missed and responds if she can, or at least marks it for later.
